Eden Mill Distillery is the perfect place to visit. The local sea buckthorn berries go into the Original Oak Gin. It’s the spirit of St Andrews! A tour of the distillery can perfectly be matched with a tour of the ancient University and golfing town of St Andrews. Gin tasting and shopping in the town’s fantastic collection of individual shops is the perfect day out!
In beautiful Perthshire visit Scotland’s smallest gin distillery, Strathearn Distillery, and taste Scotland’s Craft Spirit of the Year for 2015. Enjoy a special 90 minute tasting session when you will be very glad to have your own driver afterwards! Whether you’re a gin aficionado or new to the gin craze, Strathearn will offer you a fantastic insight into this magical spirit.
Tucked away in the mountains of the Cairngorm National Park is the amazingly tiny Crossbill Distillery. This beautiful micro distillery sits in the middle of a forest and the juniper is in the still within 5 minutes of picking!
Or you might visit the east coast county of Angus, and Arbikie Distillery to hear about the making of Kirtsy’s Gin, from Kirsty herself, the master distiller. Walk off the tasting gins with a stroll on the nearby stunning Lunnan Bay.
Tours will last 1-3 days and can include your favourite craft gins as well as some of Scotland’s famous Highland scenery and historical attractions. The tour will be devised around the Gin with many options for enjoying Scotland included.
