With our summer season well underway we were delighted to get going with our first tour to the Isle of Mull for 2019. A perfect day exploring the wild mountain tracks took us to the north coastline, with views over to the mountains of Lochaber on the mainland, and time to enjoy the stunning birdlife from a peaceful bird hide tucked away on the sea shore.
Next a very special moment when we watched four playful otters having some fun in the bay among the rocpools and seaweed. These shy creatures do not often appear and with no-one else but ourselves they played with each other right in front of our eyes. An amazing, special treat for all of us.
An evening spent strolling in Tobermory, admiring the beautiful reflections on the harbour, made for a perfect end to this wonderful wildlife adventure!
